Guest access During your stay at Breizas, you'll have exclusive access to the pool and terraces as only one party occupies the property at any given time. Enjoy uninterrupted relaxation and privacy throughout your getaway. Other things to note Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. There is a security alarm system in the villa, which has the alarm deactivated for when guests are staying. The camera eyes on the sensors are taped over with black tape to give guests confidence that no pictures are able to be taken. There is a SOS button on top of the control box behind the front door. This is always active and connects to the control centre for emergency services.
