The space This home is larger than the pictures, and has everything you could need to enjoy your vacation. The open kitchen floor plan allows you to cook and relax, and enjoy the warm evenings eating outside by the pool. The bedrooms are a generous size, and we think the space is very well suited for families with children. Folding high-chair and Pack ’n Play/travel crib available on request. Let us know if you need one and we will have it delivered after check-in. AS OF March 2025: Please note that this property is currently undergoing upgrades and renovations to enhance your stay! Recent improvements include new beds, a new living room sofa, updated area rugs, and various new furniture pieces such as TV stands, nightstands, and kitchen barstools. Additionally, the kitchen and living room now feature upgraded lighting. City ID# 068506 Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and the driveway to park. There will be no one else on the property, other than the occasional gardener and pool man, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance. Other things to note Per city regulations, all guests are required to sign the Palm Springs Statement of Rules and Regulations and Good Neighbor Brochure prior to their stay. Compliance with these rules is mandatory throughout your visit. Failure to adhere to these regulations will result in fines, with a minimum penalty of $500, which your party will be fully responsible for. Repeated violations may lead to additional fines and immediate eviction. These rules are strictly enforced by the City of Palm Springs, and by booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This property features a private pool and spa that can be heated during your stay. Please note that there is an additional charge for heating, which will be billed separately. For more details or to make arrangements, feel free to reach out to us OTHER IMPORTANT INFO: By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement. Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed! Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine. Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges.
