Other things to note Per city regulations, all guests are required to sign the Palm Springs Statement of Rules and Regulations and Good Neighbor Brochure prior to their stay. Compliance with these rules is mandatory throughout your visit. Failure to adhere to these regulations will result in fines, with a minimum penalty of $500, which your party will be fully responsible for. Repeated violations may lead to additional fines and immediate eviction. These rules are strictly enforced by the City of Palm Springs, and by booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This property features a private pool and spa that can be heated during your stay. Please note that there is an additional charge for heating, which will be billed separately.
