Sanctuary Bush to Beach House own path to beach!

cancellation: dec 30 to jan 5: available due to a cancellation..This is a wonderful beach house located in the bush on an estuary with own path to the beach. Either walk or drive to the beach in 8 minutes. Timber ceiling and floors, great big covered verandah to watch birds and wildlife under cover. The space Private, peaceful and very spacious. This house is really well equipped and has plenty of regulars staying so we are confident you will enjoy it too...please note that we now only supply linen for the king bed..please bring sheets for towels for the queen bed and the two singles as needed. this is to keep everything more hygienic and allows us the time fir same day bookings. Dunas and pillows and blankets are supplied.. Guest access All interesting furniture and comfortable beds. Well equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove, electric oven, two TV’s, DVD, 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second has double and third has a single. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and the second has shower, toilet. There’s a laundry downstairs with washer, dryer. There’s a Weber BBQ and linen is included for the king bed..please bring linen and towels for queen and single..extra $20 per bed if wish to hire。 Other things to note hello...this is a beautiful house in a unique location. it is highly equipped and I go to a lot of trouble so you can enjoy...it is in an amazing sanctuary of birds and beautiful trees. You must be into recycling properly in the bins and not leaving any cigarette buts anywhereon property. DOGS: its a priviledge to bring your dog on holiday with you..the house is not a substitution for a kennel!...no dogs in bedrooms or any furniture and clean all your dog hair😀 Registration Details PID-STRA-20070
