Welcome to Mack`s Lakehouse, a single family home located just feet away from Lake Michigan in the Sunset Shores neighborhood of downtown New Buffalo. This home is centrally located and within walking distance from all that downtown has to offer. However, the location is quiet enough that you will have the feeling of a secluded, private getaway. The home is a split level with three bedrooms on the top floor, 1 with a king bed and two with queen beds. There are also two bedrooms on the lower level, one with a king bed and another with a bunk bed. The kitchen, dining and living space are all in one open concept room with a vaulted ceiling giving your group a large gathering space. The living room has a foosball table overlooking the backyard patio space.  Off the kitchen is a screened-in porch with seating that will lead you to the pool area. The home’s private pool is above ground surrounded by a large deck with a gate for easy access. The deck area has plenty of seating for lounging around the pool. For safety there is fencing along the deck and gate to protect any little ones that you may have in your group from entering the pool. The back of the home has a large backyard with a firepit and a small creek just past the property line. Not only do you have a private pool but the home is just feet away from a private neighborhood beach. Mack`s Lakehouse is the perfect setting for a family of all sizes to have a fabulous Harbor Country getaway. If something critical were to happen, we have a 24 hour phone number to call. Mack`s Lake House is close to Lake Michigan and right around the corner from the Marina Grand Hotel. Perfect spot to complement a group gathering / wedding for the area. You are walking distance to downtown and shuttle service is provided from the Marina Grand. Harbor Country is a collection of small towns along the Lake Michigan shoreline. There is an Amtrak stop in downtown New Buffalo but there is not many other public transportation services in the area. There is NO Uber or Lyft. There are shuttles which you can charter to wineries, breweries, etc. If you are in need of public transportation, please make arrangements prior to arrival.
