Minutes by foot to the beach and a flourishing coral reef (yes, snorkelers willing explore the reef can feed the turtles!). A 5-minute drive takes one to Heywood Beach where the sandy seabed offers swimmers calm waters, long beach walks and beautiful views. Plenty or parking provides easy access to this oasis. This villa’s open concept living/dining/kitchen area is surrounded by large mahogany louvered doors that open to the pool, covered lanai area and patio providing overlooking a tropical ravine. The home is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout. The main living area has Cable TV equipped with a streaming service. There is Wi-Fi throughout the property. The home’s exquisite master bedroom and ensuite bath are located on the 2nd floor providing privacy, a large balcony overlooking the pool, vaulted ceilings, a safe for your valuables and a super king-size bed. Each of the three bedrooms has a an ensuite marble bath and access to a balcony. The twin room offers the flexibility to be a king-size bedroom. The spacious, modern kitchen has granite worktops with a large island and is fully equipped with dinnerware and utensils for all your gastronomic requirements. There is a cooker, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, 14-cup coffeemaker, toaster, two blenders, and a microwave. There is a separate utility room with a washer and dryer. All beach, pool, and bath towels as well as high-quality linens are provided. The villa offers an optional “Nanny Suite” with air conditioning (extra fee of $100 per night applies for use of this suite) an ensuite bathroom and 2 twin or 1 king-size bed [details on request]. The suite opens onto a large patio surrounded by a tropical oasis of gardens and local foliage and has separate access to the pool.
