The space When you walk in, there is a small living space with TV, great to curl up at & read a good book. The main living area is open concept with floor to ceiling windows that look over the lake & a large dining area. There is a wood stove & mini split units that cool the home. Guest access We have 4 parking spots at the house. ***YOU CAN NOT PARK MORE THAN 4 CARS AT THIS HOME OR YOU WILL RECEIVE A FINE.*** a boat trailer counts as a car & trailers over 14 feet long count as 2 cars. *Noise meters & exterior cameras to capture entire exterior are installed for safety.
