Step outside and into the heart of Southsea where you are only moments away from the Victorian pier and a few minutes walk from Palmerston Road, home to Southsea's numerous independent bars, cafes and restaurants. This newly decorated, two double bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment is the perfect base! The space Located on the first floor of a classic Victorian building designed by Thomas Ellis Owen, this beach front apartment has an open plan kitchen/living/dining room which is perfect for couples and families alike. There are two double bedrooms each with storage and the master has it's own ensuite. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer and a large fridge freezer. The highlight of this property is the private balcony which overlooks the seafront and South Parade Pier. You can watch the ships coming into and out of the busy harbour and on a clear day see all the way across to the Isle of Wight. Please note that this balcony has low railings and children must be supervised at all times. Parking restrictions are in force 24 hours. You are also just a short walk away from all Southsea's attractions including Canoe Lake, Clarence Pier, Model Village and the Rose Gardens. In the other direction along the seafront there is Southsea Castle, The D-Day Story, Blue Reef Aquarium as well as many other seaside attractions that are all a short walk away. The Southsea Splash Pool, Southsea Common and tennis courts are all close by also. If shopping is your thing there are plenty of popular independent shops and boutiques in the areas of Palmerston Road, Marmion Road and Albert Road. Gunwharf Quays offers many designer retail outlets and Commercial Road offers high street retailers. Parking is on the street and widely available nearby with a visitors permit (offered free of charge - please advise when booking if you are arriving by car). Due to the central location note that it may be busier during peak times. Other things to note Please take note of the following details: **Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am. Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee. **Additional Services: Travel cots and high chairs are available for £20 each. Kindly notify us during the booking process. Please also note that beddings and sheets are not provided for the cots. **Parking Information: Complimentary parking permits are provided for up to 2 cars. Extra vehicles must be paid for by the guest. **Important Notice: To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following regulations: Unauthorized early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators. Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £150. • Apartment is on the first floor, there will be 3 flights of stairs to get to the property.
