The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer and a large fridge freezer. The highlight of this property is the private balcony which overlooks the seafront and South Parade Pier. You can watch the ships coming into and out of the busy harbour and on a clear day see all the way across to the Isle of Wight. Please note that this balcony has low railings and children must be supervised at all times. Parking restrictions are in force 24 hours. You are also just a short walk away from all Southsea's attractions including Canoe Lake, Clarence Pier, Model Village and the Rose Gardens. In the other direction along the seafront there is Southsea Castle, The D-Day Story, Blue Reef Aquarium as well as many other seaside attractions that are all a short walk away. The Southsea Splash Pool, Southsea Common and tennis courts are all close by also. If shopping is your thing there are plenty of popular independent shops and boutiques in the areas of Palmerston Road, Marmion Road and Albert Road. Gunwharf Quays offers many designer retail outlets and Commercial Road offers high street retailers. Parking is on the street and widely available nearby with a visitors permit (offered free of charge - please advise when booking if you are arriving by car).
