The living area is tastefully furnished with plenty of comfortable sitting arrangements. Relax on either the large couch or one of the two smaller leather chairs and unwind by watching your favorite shows on the large flat screen smart TV. Cable TV is also provided free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. This is also a two-bathroom condo with a tub-shower combo and separate vanity in the master bedroom and a walk-in shower in the guest bathroom. SLEEPING C300 is set up to sleep 6 guests with a King bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a Queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. The bedrooms also each host Smart TVs with cable. **Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes. EXTRAS C300 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2) 1 assigned parking space in the garage below the building. This condo’s spot is very close to the elevator. LOCAL AREA / AMENITIES C300 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities in the complex with card/app operated washers and dryers, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation. Guest access GROCERY STORE: Walmart Grocery 1.2 miles RESTAURANTS: The Harbor is directly North of the complex and an easy walk and has a wide variety of restaurants from Seafood to Italian and Sushi to Mexican. BEACH: Oceanside Beach: < 1 mile. The complex is built directly on the beach and you are just steps from the sand and ocean waves. ACTIVITIES: With the beach and harbor so close there are many activities within walking distance of the condo.
