Please note that while the living area is compact, it's well laid out for shorter stays or those planning to spend most of their time out and about. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials, including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher and basic pantry staples to get you started. You'll enjoy unlimited, high-pressure hot water via Infinity Gas and stay comfortable year-round with a reverse cycle air con/heat pump. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted. • The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. • For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. • It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed. • All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. • A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal. • All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
