In the gourmet kitchen, guests will find all they need to cook delicious meals, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, kitchen essentials, and more! In the bedrooms, guests will find comfortable beds in the size of a King bed, a Queen bed, and 2 twin beds. While relaxing in these beds, guests have the opportunity to watch their favorite show on the flat screen TVs. Airbnb will collect the required 11.5% taxes and also a service fee. We do not see these amounts and therefore our rental agreement will only reflect the amounts we have netted from the transaction brokered by Airbnb.
