The pool and pool deck are shared only with guests staying at our nearby apartment, La Chozita, keeping it cozy and quiet. You will have your own private fire pit to gather in the evenings. Beach access is direct from the property. For parking, please use the designated area in front of La Choza only. The parking across from La Choza is reserved for the owners and guests of La Chozita. Other things to note Set in a tropical beachfront environment, our property offers gentle ocean breezes, the soothing sounds of wildlife, and the relaxed energy of beach life. Its convenient walk-to-town location means you may notice some daytime local activity or light traffic noise, part of the authentic Costa Rica experience. Our property is nestled between Las Baulas National Park and the Tamarindo Estuary, offering a rare opportunity to explore Costa Rica’s natural beauty. Guests can schedule customized estuary tours to discover mangrove ecosystems, diverse flora and fauna, and the region’s rich wildlife.
