Living in an Art Nouveau villa from 1904. Around 100 sqm with a large roof terrace, covered wooden balcony, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, WiFi and private parking. Lovingly renovated, with historical charm and carefully selected furnishings. For families with children aged 8 and up: Historical features as well as the decor and amenities are designed for older children. The apartment is not designed for babies and toddlers. Historic details, family heirlooms, and carefully selected finds continue to tell the story of the house without sacrificing comfort. The apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed, a guest room with a sofa bed (double bed) and a living-dining room with another sofa bed. There is also a large, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the large roof terrace, you can enjoy the sunset, and from the covered wooden balcony, the view towards Andechs Monastery. The villa is located in a privately used natural garden with old trees. And when the trees lose their leaves in autumn – or you stretch a little – you can even see Lake Ammersee and the Alps. Those who appreciate history, design and quality living will quickly feel at home here. Guest access The apartment has its own parking space and a covered storage area for bicycles. Additional parking is available along the street. The local bus stop is directly adjacent to the property. Other things to note If possible, I will be happy to greet you in person and show you the apartment. It is important to me that you arrive relaxed and find your way around easily from the start. Upon request, you will also receive initial tips for your stay. If this is not possible, an uncomplicated check-in via key box is also possible.
