The Space: Our two-bedroom apartment is furnished with two queen beds, a couch, and an air mattress. It has everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Tempe! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi! A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment for your convenience. Stay in the heart of the action! Located steps away from ASU Campus and from the busiest street in Tempe. With breathtaking views, this community is for those who love to live life. The surrounding area boasts a lively nightlife and will get noisy, especially Thursday-Sunday, sometimes until 3am. Because of the lifestyle of the area, we need to mention that we do not allow parties or gatherings at our suite. Please consider these things when booking your stay with us. Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy! * Please note - the fitness center and pool are both currently closed for renovation. Guest Access: You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. The Neighborhood: The property is located steps from Arizona State University and just around the corner from Mill Avenue, which features some of the area’s best shops and restaurants. Our suite is also just a short walk to Sun Devil Stadium and Tempe Town Lake and less than 20 minutes by car to Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix. Getting Around: Biking around Tempe is one of the most popular ways of travel. Many residents utilize bicycles to reach their destination, whether it be for work or play. Tempe also offers bus service on most major streets throughout the destination. Given the popular location, Uber, Lyft, and other travel services are accessible. Other Things to Note: Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. We have a 10am checkout. Please message us to ask for a late checkout or early check in. We will do our best to honor complimentary late checkout up to an hour and accommodate any additional request for early check in. At Frontdesk, a core value is to be a good neighbor. We extend this 5-star stay to you, our guests, as well as our property partners. This means we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside of the suite. The number of people inside the suite may not exceed the reserved guest amount at any time. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. If removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense.
