The full kitchen is well-stocked with cooking and dining supplies, and the private back patio has outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, and laundry room. Work remotely, plan your day, or stream Netflix, You Tube, and other favorites. For privacy, retreat to the beautiful bedroom. Well-trained dog owners with 1 dog welcome. Markets, food trucks, cafés, delicious restaurants, and pharmacies are within easy walking distance. Relax! Wine, margarita, and glassware + plastic ware for the kids are supplied. Pick up some charcoal and prepare a delectable meal on the grill or spoil yourself in the fully equipped kitchen. Safety & security: Located on a one-way street in a nice residential area with good lighting, the duplex is fully enclosed with an iron gate and traditional cinderblock walls. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. The house is equipped with smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, 1st aid kit, and has 2 paths of egress. A secure, shared door with double deadbolts offers the option of shared or separated spaces for both fun and peace-keeping. The larger casa is perfect to host members of the wedding party; the bride and groom can retreat to the modern, intimate casita next door. Each neighboring space is fully separated by a fence, interior wall, and a privacy wall. Long-term guests are welcome! Because locals need consistent work to feed their families, my trusted housekeeper will clean weekly [on a date and time mutually agreeable] for a $39usd cleaning fee.
