The first level of this very special creekfront home, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, dock access and breathtaking panoramic water views, is available only from September to May. Located on the north end of the Pawleys Island, it is just steps away from beach access, with wide sandy beaches, nearby boat ramps and all that creek life has to offer. Escape through a hidden, private drive to this creekfront sanctuary and find ample parking for 5 cars. Upon arrival, walk up the covered stairs into the welcoming foyer on the main level. Drop your bags -and your cares, then explore this fabulous duplex getaway. This comfortable and stylish home offers upscale furnishings and decor throughout, giving the home a feel for modern and luxurious ambiance. The spacious living room offers views across the salt marsh and down the creek. The open floor plan allows for family and friends to be together, whether cooking, playing games, or just hanging out. Walkout onto the covered, unscreened porch for outdoor dining or relaxing on rockers. Step down from the porch and onto the dock for boating, paddle boarding, or kayaking (rentals available), fishing, crabbing, or just floating down the creek like a local. The kitchen has seating for meals at the counter and at a dining table. The very private primary bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom that has been beautifully redone with a walk-in, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. Enjoy the outdoor shower for an exhilarating finish to a day of sand, sun and fun before lighting up the gas grill and easing into another memorable evening at Sunset Sanctuary Down. Other things to note - Guest renting property must be 25 years or older and is fully responsible for the property during stay - NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY OR ON ANY DECKS, BALCONIES, AND/OR PORCHES - NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS - number of guests cannot exceed the occupancy of the property. Overcrowding/over occupancy will result in termination of the reservation. - DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE - Guests shall not rearrange or move the furniture. Any damage or if it is necessary for the Property Management company to move furniture back to its original location will be at the cost of the guest. - Check-in Instructions: check-in is at 4:00pm on date of arrival and you will come to the Property Management office and pick up your check in packet if your property is keyed. If your property is keyless, your keyless code will be emailed to you 2 days prior to arrival and will be activated at 4pm on day of arrival. DO NOT go to the property as this will delay your check-in time. - Checkout Instructions: checkout is at 10:00am no exceptions. If your property is keyed, your will drop off your keys at the Property Management Office by 10:00am. If your property is keyless, please use the code provided at check in to lock the property upon your departure. Before departure, put all trash in plastics bags and place in the outside garbage containers or dumpster. Wash all dishes or load the dishwasher and start it before leaving. Strip beds of linens and put mattress pads and comforters back on. Place rented linens on front porch in a bundle or in the blue bags provided. Check carefully for clothing and personal items before you depart. There is a handling fee plus the cost of shipping to return your items. Securely lock the property upon departure.
