Relax on the Cape

This eco friendly holiday home provides a perfect place to relax in comfortable surroundings. Downstairs features sunken north facing lounge, light filled and cross flow ventilation capturing the southerly seabreezes. The kitchen opens on to dining room and glass doors to alfresco decked areas. Tasmanian Oak floorboards flow throughout the home, gas fired hydronic heating and cooling. Laundry, and powder room, double garage with access to backyard. 3 bedrooms and tv/kids area. The space The space caters for families; no more than 4 adults and up to 4 children comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms; 2 with QS beds and the 3rd with 2 tri-bunk beds (double mattress on bottom and single on top). All beds have mattress protectors, 2 pillows and doonas. Towels and sheets are not provided. Hand towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with tea, coffee and condiments The bathrooms provide soaps, shampoos and all toilets with cleaners and toilet paper stock Guest access Guests have access to the entire property.
