TILLEULS downtown Royan 4 people, close to the beach The 47 m² apartment located in the city center of Royan, on the ground floor of a quiet residence, is 50 m from the Super U, a 5-minute walk from the beach. You can accommodate 4 people. The property has private parking and a small courtyard where you can enjoy your grilled meats and/or aperitif during the summer. The space The apartment has a living room with TV, internet, sofa bed for two people as well as a dining area (table and chairs for 4 people). The bathroom is composed of a single sink with a large shower as well as a washing machine and a hairdryer. The bedroom has two 90 cm beds that can be connected to make a large 180 cm bed. Finally, the large kitchen, fully equipped (glass-ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster) provides a bar area to have coffee or lunch for two. The positive point is that you can enjoy the kitchen if the two people who sleep in the living room want to have a late morning; the apartment is well thought out and above all very well equipped. Parking on Rue des Tilleuls is free during the summer, but you have private parking. You are a 15-minute walk from the train station, the large cinema complex and the municipal swimming pool. The U express is 100 m away. Everything can be reached on foot: shops, restaurants, beaches, the Port... Linen is not included in the price but can be provided and beds can be made according to your request. Duvets and pillows are available. Beach and/or pool towel available for rent (100 x 200 / 500 grams). The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
