Breaking Records - Steps from Paristown Hall

Welcome to Breaking Records! Charming home with a convenient location that can’t be beat – this is your perfect home base for a fun, relaxing Louisville stay. Walk across the street to enjoy a concert or event in the Paristown entertainment district. Or venture out to explore the urban bourbon trail, downtown businesses, the Yum center, NULU, Lynn Family Stadium, and the waterfront- most attractions are a short drive/rideshare away. The space The original Shotgun-style home has been modified to feature 3 private bedrooms (one of which doubles as the living room.) Bedrooms include one queen bed, a full bed, and a queen sleeper sofa, each has a smart or Roku-enabled TV. The coffee bar area has a variety of coffee/teas and a record player to enjoy. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, and tools needed for cooking in. The updated outdoor deck features a grill, dining table and seating. Finally, enjoy the evening with the propane fire pit as the sun sets over the city skyline. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. The home itself is a ranch (no stairs inside) but you will need to be able to climb stairs outside to access the property. The home is not baby-proofed and may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Other things to note If you need to check out later than 11am or check in before 4pm, please contact me for availability.
