Other things to note This is an apartment in a multi family historic rowhouse. Other tenants do reside in the building. Please note the living room has street-facing windows with sheer curtains, to allow the space to fill with beautiful light during the day. The curtains provide a nice level of privacy from the street, but are not blackout curtains. The backyard, while fully fenced in, is shared with the apartment above this one in the same building. Guests who are brining a pet, please watch your pet in the yard in case the apartment above has a pet in the yard as well. Thank you.
