Hvalfjarðarsveit Cottage with Mountain view

It's located in West Iceland with a view over Lake Eiðisvatn, the Hvalfjörður and the spectacular mountains around the fjord. Behind the small village of Melahverfi, which is signposted on the ringroad. Akranes is around 15 minutes away. In autumn and winter, this is also a good place to watch the Northern Lights. Although the view is wonderful, you can't help but see an aluminium plant a few kilometres away. The space Our cottage has a spacious living/dining and kitchen area, 1 bathroom (sink, toilet and shower) and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom can accommodate 3 people, the other 2 people. The large terrace with panoramic views also invites you to linger. Guest access You can park your car on our property directly in front of the parking sign for guests.
