Villa for rent in Boncore, close to the beaches of Torre Lapillo. Villetta Clara is on two levels, on the ground floor there is the living area with living room dining room at the entrance, kitchenette, bathroom. On the first floor there is the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms and another bathroom. The property is an elegant and reserved residential context. Air conditioning, dishwasher, mosquito nets, parking space, internet wifi. Small pets are allowed too (upon agreement). The space The accommodation has a living room equipped with a sofa bed and an outdoor area where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors. Other things to note - Damage deposit: € 100.00 (the damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of check-out by bank transfer) - Bed linen and towels: the property comes with no bed linen and towels. If you would like to get them during your stay, you can rent it at a cost of: €20 per person per week. - Check-in: we are available for check-in until 8pm; check-in between 8pm and 12pm will incur an extra cost of €20; from midnight onwards will cost an additional €40. - Check-out: the property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed) - Pets are welcome at an extra cost of €50. - Rental contract: you will sign the rental contract for your holiday when you check in. - Tourist tax payment: the Comune di Nardò charges a tourist tax. Please note that this tax is payable on entry into the property; the tax equates to €1 per day per person and is applied up to a maximum of 8 consecutive nights.
