The space This property is larger than most 3 bedroom homes and can accommodate seven adults comfortably. The dining room seats six but a slider to the air conditioned lanai also has a table for four. The bedrooms have a king bed, queen bed and twin bed each have HDTV's and the great room has a queen size sofa bed. The full kitchen has all the appliances such as microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and blender. Enjoy the private pool deck area with many chaises as well as a table to dine poolside. The Weber gas grill is ready for steaks or shrimp skewers. The LED pool light changes colors and gives a truly dramatic atmosphere during evening hours around the pool. The garage area has been turned into a large game room with table tennis, darts and comfy seating as well as washer and dryer for your use. The Publix supermarket, drug store and adult beverage shop is just a five minute drive. The location of this home is perfect to take in all that south Florida has to offer.
