We are on a level lot with plenty of room for lawn games and easy access to the water. This is a small neighborhood. The majority of residents live here year round. This house is on Lake Hamilton. Entergy drains Lake Hamilton every year for shoreline maintenance and general Lake Health. That means that from mid-November to mid-March there is no water under the dock.
