From inside, the shoreline feels close and constant, whether you’re warming up after a beach walk or settling in for a quiet evening by the fire. This entire condo is a corner end unit with a single-level layout and no stairs, designed for easy, comfortable living. Over 34 feet of oceanfront windows frame the living area, bringing natural light and uninterrupted ocean views into the heart of the home. An electric fireplace anchors the space on cooler coastal days, while smart TVs and WiFi make it easy to unwind indoors. Sleeping arrangements The condo sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a pillow top king bed and looks out toward the water, offering a peaceful place to rest with the sound of the waves nearby. The second bedroom includes a pillow top queen bed, providing a comfortable option for additional guests. Both bedrooms have access to full bathrooms. Kitchen and dining The remodeled kitchen is set up for preparing meals at home, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ocean views that follow you from prep to plate. A dining table seats four, creating a relaxed spot for morning coffee or a cozy dinner in after a day on the coast. Outdoor living Step onto the private oceanfront deck and take in moody winter skies and sweeping shoreline views. A private hot tub sits right on the deck and is available year-round, offering a warm place to soak while watching the surf below. Outdoor furniture and an electric BBQ grill add flexible options for enjoying fresh coastal air when conditions allow. Location The condo is part of the Beachside Retreats complex in the quiet Wecoma Beach neighborhood. On-site beach access from the complex makes it easy to head down to the sand, watch winter waves roll in, or take peaceful shoreline walks. Restaurants, shops, and local attractions throughout Lincoln City are just a short drive away. Good to know Self check-in with a smart lock is provided, along with free parking on the premises and on the street. This is a no pet home. Guest access We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Blue Pacific by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure. Beachside Retreats Complex Provides: • Easy Beach Access -- Unique On-Site Access from Complex • Main Level, Single-Story Building [Duplex & 4-Plex] • No Stairs Needed In/Out of the Unit • On-Site Parking - Covered Car Port (Up to 2 Vehicles) • On-Site Laundry Facility for Guest Use (coin-operated) - Note: The Lookout does offer an in-unit Washer & Dryer for guests. Other things to note Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines. - All guests staying at one of our Blue Pacific by Portoro are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration. - Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age. - All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing. - Occupancy: The allowed number of guests or Occupancy is specifically limited to the maximum number of people designated for that particular property and anyone in the property at any time during your stay (24-hours/day) and includes any children 24 months and older (not just sleeping there, includes temporary guests). Blue Pacific by Portoro does not allow “group rentals” in any Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro properties, where more than 1 property is being rented; regardless if the property is managed by Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro, if the group total size exceeds the maximum occupancy of the largest Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro property rented. - Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Portoro. - Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately. - Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival. - Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. - We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night. - Parking: There is a two (2) vehicle limit in the complex and parking is first come first serve. Boats, campers, RV’s, etc. cannot be parked onsite. - Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only. - Noise Disclaimer: Please note that we are not responsible for any noise disturbances that may occur during your stay, including (but not limited to) nearby construction, road work, or activity from neighboring properties. These situations are outside of our control, and while we do our best to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience, we cannot guarantee a completely noise-free environment. - Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk. - Hot Tubs: If your property offers a private hot tub, access is available for guest use year-round. The hot tub is professionally maintained and checked weekly and/or between each guest stay. Any guest issues or concerns must be reported during the stay immediately with reasonable response time allowed for resolution. If Guest prevents staff access and/or declines assistance, or reports issue after departure, Guest agrees no compensation applies nor may any further action be taken by the Guest (or 3rd party channel site). Guest agrees to fee if misuse of the hot tub. - Stays over 29 days – please inquire separately for terms and conditions. - HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: Both Lincoln County and the State of Oregon requires all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 1.5% and the county requires 12%. - This is a No Pets property and animals of any kind are strictly prohibited by the HOA. Guest acknowledges Blue Pacific by Portoro is not responsible for any issues or disputes with this posted policy regardless of any paperwork provided/filed or any other policies provided by the Guest. Absolutely no animals of any kind are allowed in the home, kept in vehicles, on back patio decks, in any common areas, or on the premises at any time. Any guests found with an animal on the premises, will be required to vacate without refund and will be subject to fines. - This is a No Smoking/Vaping property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host. Booking Schedules: During some seasons, if your reservation dates leave/cause open nights that we cannot rent or less than the required minimum of the date range for the rental season (what we refer to as a "dead night" & we do not offer 1-night rentals), a representative will review the reservation and call you to address the issue before booking confirmation and issuing your e-signature rental agreement (not to a stay we have already finalized with you). We will offer to change your dates or move you to an alternate property, if available. If you are unable to accept the change you may request to cancel the reservation for a full refund by submitting a cancellation request (any partial refund will be overridden to a full refund). Saturday Arrivals and Departures: During some seasons, Saturday arrivals or departures requests are subject to scheduling approval/review in our Coast Properties and may not be available (peak and off-peak season), a representative will review the reservation and call you to address the issue before booking confirmation and issuing your e-signature rental agreement (not to a stay we have already finalized with you). We will offer to change your dates or move you to an alternate property, if available. If you are unable to accept the change you may request to cancel the reservation for a full refund by submitting a cancellation request (any partial refund will be overridden to a full refund). Same Day Arrival Booking Requests: We are typically unable to accommodate bookings made on the day of arrival. Should the system permit the booking, a reservation representative will review the reservation and call you to address the issue and a full refund will be offered due to the system issue/error. You may request to cancel the reservation for a full refund by submitting a cancellation request (any partial refund will be overridden to a full refund). -- If we are able to accommodate a "same day arrival" booking request, guest agrees the check-in time could be modified up to 6:00pm (PT) depending on availability. The reservation representative will advise guest on options available to them. Calendar and Rates Errors: At times computer system may not sync the calendars or nightly rates correctly due to a system error receiving the over the air data in their computer system. To assist our guests, we have provided our minimum night requirements by season. With your acceptance of the House Rules and rental terms and conditions, you agree that the written minimum nights apply and should a rates issue occur due to invalid computer system issues, we will offer to change your dates, adjust your rates, or move you to an alternate property, if available. If you are unable to accept the change you may request to cancel the reservation for a full refund by submitting a cancellation request (any partial refund will be overridden to a full refund). Holidays: Day of holiday arrivals/departures must be approved due to staff availability and office closure on the following holidays. Early check-in or late check-out requests are typically not available on these dates.: - Easter Sunday - Memorial Day - 4th of July - Labor Day - Thanksgiving Day - Christmas Eve (can be reviewed) & Christmas Day - New Years Eve (can be reviewed) & New Years Day Please send an inquiry prior to booking or alternate date options will be sent. If you are unable to accept the change you may request to cancel the reservation for a full refund by submitting a cancellation request (any partial refund will be overridden to a full refund). Weather/Travel: Guest booking in seasons when weather conditions may affect their decision to travel understand they are choosing to do so in full knowledge of the season and agree that last minute requests to cancel or attempts to change stay/reservation dates in these seasons are not honored and no refund or reimbursement applies.
