This 2,050-square-foot property offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests. The main level boasts a primary suite with a king-size bed, a cozy living area with a fireplace, a dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private patio complete with an outdoor fireplace, hot tub, and gas grill. Upstairs, guests will find a second living area, a second primary bedroom, a guest bedroom, and a guest bathroom. The primary bedroom offers a queen-size bed and the guest bedroom offers two twin size beds. Additionally, the heated two car garage offers a electric vehicle charger plug in. Our vacation rental homes come with a starter kit of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergents, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Kleenex, cleaning supplies, trash bags (for kitchen and bathroom), and all towels and linens. Relax and enjoy – we’ve got you covered! *Pet Fee: We charge a $150 pet fee, per pet. If you are requesting to bring more than 1 pet it must be approved by the property manager and the second pet fee paid. The pet fee is non-refundable.* *Please note: This home does not offer a private pool. Summit Sky Ranch offers a shared heated pool in the neighborhood for guest use. Full details including restricted guest hours are listed directly below* Guests of Summit Sky Ranch Rentals have access to a variety of Summit Sky Ranch amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, the Aspen House, and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include: an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding. Aspen House visitation hours are currently: Monday-Friday 10am-7pm Saturday 9am-2pm Sunday 2pm-7pm **Updated and extended hours implemented 01/01/2026 Lake House visitation hours are currently: 7 days a week 8am-9pm Visitation hours are subject to change All guest will need to sign a liability waiver before use of the Summit Sky Ranch Amenities. **Current guidelines are subject to change per CDC, State and Local Government restrictions.
