Opened in August 2020, the 5 year old home has new flooring, a one car garage for your use, a fully equipped kitchen and full-size washer and dryer. The master bathroom has a walk-in, handicapped accessible shower, and all doors are handicap width. The king and queen sized beds are fairly new. There are two steps from the garage to the home. Two families live on the farm, and we have enjoyed meeting our wonderful new guests, but your privacy will be respected if you prefer to be alone. NO smoking inside house NOR garage. Ashtrays are provided outside. You will have access to the kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, utility room, two closets, front porch, and garage. We will be available to address any concerns during your stay. We live in a quiet, safe, picturesque country neighborhood, but are within ten minutes of grocery stores, fast food restaurants, and local eateries in Seymour. If you have time, drive over to Cherokee NC For the kids, but take your money with you: The Island in Pigeon Forge Many attractions and shows in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, like The Track, Dolly's Stampede, Lumberjack Feud, Dollywood, Hatfield and McCoy, Titanic Museum, Ober Gatlinburg, and Parrot Mountain. Our grands, ages 6-14 loved Parrot Mountain and even the adults liked Pirate's Voyage. River rafting, tubing, and zip-lines, boating and fishing. Douglas Lake is not far.
