The Villa Grand Tiraset is situated in a quiet area surrounded by fields in the typical Mallorcan countryside. Spend your holiday in an ambience with high-quality, well-kept equipment. The stone country house is surrounded by a beautiful, park-like garden with large lawns. For relaxation, sun loungers and shade are available, or a shady spot on the lawn under the trees. The 8 x 4 m but quite large pool is easily accessible via a staircase. The space If you fancy a tennis match, you can try it on the tennis court belonging to the house. The villa offers on the ground floor a living and dining area with open kitchen, bar and pantry, 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bathroom with a large, oval bath. On the open gallery there are 2 single beds and a bathroom en suite, also with bath. In a separate apartment there are 2 more bedrooms with double bed or 2 single beds and a bathroom, as well as an entrance area. Next to the pool there is a small outdoor bathroom with toilet and shower. Other features include air conditioning in the lower bedrooms and the living area, wifi, covered barbeque and a sauna. The villa is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool / beach. Cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request. In the remaining months, electricity is charged at € 15.00 per day, payable in cash on arrival. The deposit of € 300 is to be paid to the owner by bank transfer before arrival. You will receive the request for this and the bank details of the owner in a separate e-mail from us before arrival. If the house is handed over without any defects, you will be refunded by the owner or the house manager by bank transfer after your stay. The main tenant must be at least 23 years old. The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to organise loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb the neighbours. Failure to comply with this rule may result in penalties for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organised events).
