Access can only be made from the outside making this the perfect area to clean sandy feet after a day of relaxing at the beach. Let the kids run wild in the enclosed back yard while you relax in the undercover entertaining area. With grassed and paved areas to the yard where you can feature in friendly or competitive games of back yard cricket. In the evenings you can take a short 650m walk to the local Ski Lake with the family and enjoy the piece and quiet that this beautiful town has to offer. Too cold to go walking or bike riding then relax in front of the wood fire and watch a movie!!
