Rental unit in Warth

The 100 m² designer apartment Seebachsee exudes sympathy and colorfulness. Dogs are only allowed for a fee of €35 per day and animal. The apartment is great for 1 - 8 people and offers a magnificent view of Lake Seebach and the breathtaking mountains of the Lechtal Alps in summer and winter on the furnished terrace. Another highlight is the distance to the village railway and thus to the ski slope. This is only 190 m. The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, 2 bathrooms and a youth room with bunk bed (whereby the lower mattress is 140 cm wide and can therefore be used as a double bed). In this room it is possible to use another mattress. The 48 m² living and dining area is additionally equipped with a pull-out couch. Another person can sleep on it. The fully equipped kitchen offers you a coffee machine, an egg cooker, a raclette and cheese fondue set, toaster, smoothie maker and much more. In addition, we also offer bread service, with a wide selection fresh from the bakery. Baby cot and high chair on request. Sky programs and WiFi are provided for free. Guest access In front of the house the car can be parked. Guests have access to the ski cellar as well as the shared game room. Other things to note The visitor's tax is 3.60 euros/night per person from the age of 14. Tourist tax must be paid locally. Pets are allowed. However, a fee of 35 euros per night applies per animal. The amount must be paid on site. In summer (06/26-10/08), all guests will receive the "Warth Card" free of charge at check-in. The "Warth-Card" is valid for the entire duration of the stay. It includes: Steffisalp-Express summer mountain railway in Warth, ride with the blue hiking bus from Warth (Hochtannberg Pass) to Lech toll station in Zug, ride with the Bregenz Forest Bus line 40a from Schröcken (Unterboden) via Warth to Lech (Schlosskopf), ride with the Lech Valley Bus line 110 from Elbigenalp via Warth to Lech (Schlosskopf), participation in guided hikes & mountain tours according to the weekly program as well as various discounts at selected partner companies.
