The space The beautifully furnished, well-kept apartment with exposed roof trusses is located in a residence above Gardola, the main town of Tignale. It is located in an apartment building with only 6 units. This includes a swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols, lots of greenery, a parking space in the fenced residence and a super nice lake view. The apartment is on the top floor. The parking space is right in front of your apartment. The apartment is 60 m² and consists of a living room with couch, flat-screen TV (German programs), kitchenette (coffee machine can be used with coffee beans & coffee powder), round dining table with 4 chairs, a balcony with beautiful views, 2 large bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds) and a bathroom with toilet and washing machine. For the cold season, we offer an Italian fireplace. Guest access You have access to fenced parking spaces which are exclusively available for the Residence La Sorgente. There is also a pool with sun loungers and parasols as well as the garden. Other things to note There are waterfalls nearby. Porto di Tignale can be reached by bus from Gardola in a few minutes.
