Our home belongs to a peaceful and quiet neighborhood: feel safe to walk or jog the hills while enjoying gorgeous views of Downtown, Metrotown and North Shore Mountains. Capitol Hill is situated in North Burnaby, Vancouver suburb, 11 km away from the Downtown Vancouver core. Our home is minutes away from Simon Fraser University, BCIT, Burnaby Hospital, 25 min car ride to downtown Vancouver, 20 min to Metrotown Shopping Centre, 10 min to Brentwood town center. Easy access to North Shore skiing: Grouse Mountain, Cypress and Seymour Mountain. Only 90 min away from Whistler. Close to The Burnaby Heights Hastings Street where you can find various of shops and restaurants. Eileen Daily recreational centre (equipped with gym and pool) and Confederation Park is in walking proximity or a short car ride. Guest access Guests have access to their accommodation with a self check in smart lock. Access code with be shared 24 to 48hr prior to check in. Private access to the suite is located in the back of the home on the ground level. The garden is shared with the homeowners who live upstairs. We, a family of 4, live upstairs. Being that is an older structure, you will hear noises that travel through the floor/wall periodically during the day. Kids attend school and activities and are out most parts of the day. When we are home if the occasional muffled voices bother you, especially if the boys have friends over, please let us know when you are here. We appreciate some people are more sensitive to noise compared to others, leaving us a review when you leave doesn’t help you during you stay. *****Please operate washer and dryer only while you are home. We strive to provide a 5 star accommodation to all our guests. This doesn’t mean we are perfect. At any time, please let us know how we can improve your stay while you are here, so we have a chance to accommodate your reasonable request.
