Cottage by Vancouver Lake with Pickleball court!

Cottage with peek a boo view of Vancouver Lake! The Sailing Club is next door & it's delightful to watch the sunset on the lake! New Pickleball court! There is not direct access to the lake but can enter through owner's yard. This lake area is for mainly non-motored boats such as sail boats, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, etc. We are 8miles from Portland International Airport, close to downtown shops, pubs, parks, and the waterfront. Our neighborhood is quiet & Burnt Bridge trail is close. The space There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bath on the main house and 1 connected bath and laundry off the deck. Guest access Complete access to full house, deck, and yard Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The 2nd bathroom is in separate building with laundry room which is off the back deck.
