Late check-out may be available by prior arrangement and subject to availability. ✈️ TRAVEL INSURANCE This is a unique property prepared specifically for your stay with great care. Bookings are generally non-refundable, so we strongly recommend arranging travel insurance for unexpected events (missed or cancelled flights or ferries, illness, weather disruptions, etc.). 🚫 GUEST NUMBERS & VISITORS Only pre-booked, paying guests may access the property at any time. Children are welcome with responsible, continuous supervision. Please ensure all guests, including babies and children, are accurately declared so appropriate departure cleaning can be arranged. 🛏️ LINEN & FAKE TAN Quality white linen is provided. Staining from fake tan, hair dye or similar products may incur a linen replacement fee. Please bring your own linen if required. 🧹 RESPECTFUL USE Standard holiday-rental cleaning is included. However, the property must be left neat and respectfully used. Additional fees may apply for excessive mess, strong lingering odours, moved furniture, parties, undeclared guests, or if the home is left in a condition that delays the next guests’ check-in. 🚗 PARKING Parking is available in the driveway only.
