Just minutes from Disneyland and the I-5 and 91 freeways, this home offers a prime location for your Southern California adventure. This spacious home features 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a sliding door to the pool and patio area, plus an oversized walk-in closet that can double as a nursery. A second master offers a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms feature queen beds, and the fifth bedroom has a full-over-king bunk bed—perfect for kids or extra guests. Step outside to your private backyard oasis, complete with a grill, full-size pool, and spa. With everything you need for a relaxing and fun stay, this home truly has it all. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note Guest & City Requirements Guests must be 25 years or older to book. Quiet Time: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Outdoor areas, including the pool, patio, and garage, are off-limits during this time. Security Cameras: May be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. Parking: Maximum of 3 vehicles in the driveway (fits 2 minivans and 1 standard vehicle). Vehicles must not block the sidewalk. No parking on public streets. RVs and trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must comply with all city requirements; violations may result in fines, civil actions, or criminal prosecution. Maximum Occupancy: 13 individuals total, including infants (8 adults max). Adding guests after the initial booking will incur an additional guest fee. Minimum Stay: 3 nights. Longer Stays: Reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. STR Rules Deposit: All reservations are subject to a $500–$700 deposit hold to ensure house rules are followed. This deposit is not charged unless rules are violated. Pool Heat: Complimentary for bookings made after 2/13/2025. Pets: A $25/night pet fee applies. Guests must notify us at the time of booking if bringing a pet. Registration Details REG2021-00050
