There is a $30.00 charge per person per night, up to a maximum occupancy of 9 people. Towels and are not provided, please bring bath, swimming and kitchen towels. There is a light blanket on the bed with fresh linens and pillows. If you prefer a heavier blanket, please bring one along with you. Pets are not allowed. There are outside security cameras in use. Guest access Entire House, trails throughout property and private little lake. Garage access is only for trash. Other things to note Reservations made 30 days or more in advance will have a deposit due at the time of booking equal to 1/2 of the Rental Rate. The balance will be due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Reservation made within 30 days of arrival will require the full amount due at the time of booking. Check-in time is 4:00 pm Check-out time is 10:00 am
