Bobbie's Beach House Narrawallee has panoramic over rooftop-ocean views in the highly sought after quiet Booth Avenue, and offers very easy access to the South End of Narrawallee Beach, just a short walk away. Freshly and stylishly refurbished and renovated, the defining characteristic is easy beachside living. The layout has four queen bedrooms, perfect for four couples, or a family visit. Two bedrooms have ensuites; two share a bathroom. The lush garden's tropical theme attracts much birdlife. The space At Bobbie's Beach House you have full access to the entire house and garden. BBH is furnished with a tribal/tropical theme and has expansive water views from all the open plan living/kitchen/dining areas as well as the master bedroom with ensuite. Downstairs has the three other bedrooms, one has an ensuite and another full bathroom for the other two bedrooms to access. There is the large rumpus room with a second TV, a comfy lounge, games, books and ping pong table to entertain on rainy days. There are laundry facilities including washer/dryer and outside hanging space. Guest access Guests have full use of the entire house and garden during their stay. There is a ramp from street level to the upstairs front door main entrance for ease of access. While the house is not set up specifically for disabled access, the ramp and some modifications in the upstairs bathroom provide support for mobility impaired people. Other things to note Some permanent residents live on Booth Avenue who enjoy their privacy and quiet. Please respect social hours and limit loud noise and music.
