With a maximum of 20 overnight guests allowed. The property sits in front of Sunrise Mountain Preserve. Featuring over 6,800 sq ft in the home, with a great family room for a movie night, a foyer room for a quiet space, dining room that seats 12, and huge gourmet kitchen with everything you need to entertain your group. Home is Located just off located on a mountain preserve with a beautifully landscaped backyard and patio with a pool and waterfall for a truly fun, and unique experience. Play a game of volleyball, or cornhole (bags) or bocce ball, or just relax by the pool or in the cool evenings fire up the gas fire pit and settle in with a glass of wine. The bedrooms are all furnished with high quality memory foam mattresses for a great night's sleep! Come and stay at Blisstopia and have a great time. But, we are NOT a party house. NO outside guests are allowed to come and use the space! We have more than 25 parking spaces at our home on 3.5 acres of land. Mark & Lana are the Owners-on site caretakers & live on site in the casita (Separate from the main home). We do not interfere or interact with our guests unless we are requested to do so. We are gone many weekends. We enter the casita through the RV gate, and do not disturb our guests. The entire property is available for our guests to enjoy except the RV garage and casita. We are located on the Sunrise Mountain Preserve. Private well, septic, Solar power and propane. All homes in the area are unique properties. We are on 2.5 acres of land. All homes in area are on 1.5-10 acres of land We are just off Happy Valley Rd and 91st. we have parking on our property for up to 30 cars to host special events. 2 cars can park in garage with rental. Lake Pleasant mall is only 1/2 a mile from our door and has everything - Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Fry's, and many great restaurants to choose from. *Master Suite - Bliss Room features 2 king sized platform beds with brand new memory foam mattresses, also a day bed w/trundle that can sleep 2 more. Room sleeps 4-6 comfortably. + 1 queen sized mattress in walk in closet. *Bunk beds are set up to sleep 4-6 in 2 rooms (Peace Room & Tranquility Room) and sleep 4 in the lower level room (Harmony). Peace and Tranquility are on upper level and have in each room - 2 bunk beds - with full over queen bunks with memory foam mattresses. On the main floor is the Harmony room with 1 full size bed and one set of bunk beds with full over full - sleeps 3. *Healing room features 2 full sized beds. Sleeps 2 *We have a fitness studio with 500sq ft that is used as a yoga studio that can be converted to bedroom # 6. A total of 17 beds are in the home A maximum of 20 overnight guests are allowed.
