Note** 10am checkout on peak periods. Relax with family and friends at this private and tranquil retreat with modern facilities. Accommodation for up to 6 people. Pet friendly with a beautiful and private rear yard. Access to the property is via glass sliding door off the verandah. There is plenty of room to unwind with multiple living areas, wifi access, the garage has been developed into a second living area with a couple of pushbikes just for you. Close to the waters edge The space Enter the house via a timber deck that leads to an open plan living space. A split system air conditioner centrally located allows you to control the temperature during your stay. The kitchen is complete with a microwave, electric stove and fridge. The shower and vanity are separate from the toilet. The laundry has a washing machine and access to a dryer just in case you need to freshen up your beach towels. With three cosy bedrooms, two with wardrobes, one with an extra TV and another with a second air conditioner, nobody needs to make a bed as it will all be done for you. The garage has been set up as a games room with bar, additional fridges, 3rd TV, push bikes, stereo, BBQ and more. What you need to bring: • Beach towels and face washers AMENITIES • Kitchen: Cooking basics, dishes and cutlery, air fryer, microwave, NO OVEN, fridge, BBQ utensils. • Bathrooms: Shower, vanity, separate toilet, NO BATH, limited soap, shampoo/ conditioner and toilet paper. • Laundry: Washing machine, dryer (in the garage), external clothesline & pegs, iron and ironing board. • Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioner in living space with additional air conditioner in a bedroom. • Outdoor Space: Outdoor BBQ with an outdoor lounge • Access/Dangers: Nothing to report except 3 steps to access the deck. • Parking: Driveway space for 2 cars. Please don’t park on the neighbour’s lawn. • Pets: are permitted. • Additional Features: WIFI, digital television, smoke alarm/s, first aid kit, fire blanket INTERNET • This property has access to NBN, although we do occasionally have issues which can take some time to rectify. Where internet is advertised, we do our best to keep it online, however, please understand that problems with the internet are beyond our control. ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES • Wherever possible, we will contact you the day before to offer early arrival and/or late departure. • If you don’t hear from us, we ask that you don’t arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking (where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm we will let you know that you can check in early). • Departure is strictly 10am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guest. STANDARD INCLUSIONS • Full linen. The beds will come with a mattress protector, pillows and pillow protectors, a doona with cover and a spare blanket typically kept in the wardrobe/s. • The kitchen has basic pots, pans and utensils that you are likely to need. There is ‘Spray and Wipe’, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dishcloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like cling wrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics (and often more) including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar. • We do not provide toiletries. Bathrooms will typically be supplied with a floor mat and a limited supply of soap/ shampoo/ conditioner/ toilet paper. • There is laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine. Guest access Lock box on the wall next to the front glass sliding door. Code is 4444 Other things to note Push bikes for your use, dryer, home is heated for all year-round comfort. 2 x Queen beds and 2 x single beds. The home accommodates a small pet.
