The space Welcome to our family retreat. Our home was designed with the active family in mind. It's a one-of-a-kind featuring over 4,200 square feet of living space with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a finished walk-out basement, in-home office, with a heated massive 4-5 car garage – providing a quiet space for everyone. Our home is perfect for those that like to entertain but also works beautifully for those that prefer intimate family gatherings. Need a spot to work remotely? There is no better location for inspiration and productivity. High-speed fiber wi-fi 500 Mbs making work or streaming easy. We have a desk and printer available on the second floor overlooking the lake. The kitchen and living areas are the focal points of the home – massive, vaulted ceilings, a wall of windows showcasing Huron Bay, pine floors throughout, a cozy fireplace, comfortable couches with recliners, exposed full log beams, and a chef's kitchen. Solid surface countertops, stainless steel Viking appliances, and a generous amount of cabinet/prepping space. We have all of the essentials covered from pots and pans, crockpots, baking dishes, to pantry staples. Need more refridgerator pace? We have an additional refridgerator in the laundry room downstairs. The master bedroom suite is spacious with a large en-suite, a walk-in closet, matching dressers and nightstands with gorgeous views of the Bay. The walkout lower level features the large family room, a built in bar area with seating for 10, game room, 4th bedroom, a full bath and a laundry room equipped with two stackable washers and dryers. The hot tub is available 365 days out of the year. The detached garage has oversized doors and ceiling height and is heated all winter. Perfect for drying out gear and melting ice off your snowmobile. Bring all of your outdoor recreational vehicles and water toys depending on the season: snowmobile and ATV trails are located nearby. A dock and lake access for all types of water activities. We have a floating dock, kayaks and paddle boards available for your use. There is ample parking outside for vehicles and trailers. A sauna is located in the garage along with a full fish cleaning station. The second level of the garage is spacious and well laid out in bunkhouse style with living areas, Bedroom 5 including a full bath, and sleeping arrangements for 8 (3 bunks and a queen), a couch and TV. The cabin is equipped A/C (sorry the bunkhouse does not have A/C) and a full home backup generator system. Our home continues to be meticulously maintained by the builder and you will appreciate the care and attention to detail. NOTE: We have a strict no pets policy in our home due to owner allergies and soft pine floors that are easily scratched. We do have an outdoor pet option available. Please message us if you want more information. This is a 100% smoke and tobacco free property. Additional deep cleaning charges will be applied for any infractions. Guest access Ample parking for vehicles and trailers. See photos. Other things to note We have a strict no pets policy in the main house due to owner allergies and soft wood floors and log furniture throughout that will scratch. There is a covered outdoor kennel with access to the garage. We ask that you coordinate with us if you plan to bring your pet. We have requests to host weddings and other events. Unfortunately, our cabin is not equipped or set up for this type of use. No smoke, tobacco and fireworks on the property. Fees and additional deep cleaning charges will apply.
