Our family has shared many fond memories in this home, which spans over several generations. Bedroom/bathroom layout is: Primary bedroom on main level with a king size bed, baby crib and smart TV. There is an en-suite bathroom with a large jetted tub, separate shower and double vanity. Off of the kitchen is a 3/4 bathroom. Upstairs is a Queen bed (smart TV), jack-n-jill bathroom (with a washer and dryer). The other side of the jack-n-jill bath is a bedroom with two twin size beds. Additional guest bedroom is a queen size bedroom, smart TV, an adjoining bathroom with walk in shower. Queen size sleeper sofa on the main level in the family room. Kitchen is nicely equipped and has a drip style coffee maker. A charcoal grill is on site for your use. We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch. Guest access You will receive arrival instructions about 5-7 days prior to your check in. This home is set up as self check in. Other things to note Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation. Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure. No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general. Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend. No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group. Tax Certificate: #126822
