Relax in the hot tub or lounge on the porch, enjoy family time by the fireplace, with 60-game arcade and air hockey, meals in well stocked kitchen. Pool and fishing pond access! The space 3BR/2BA cabin. Main floor features family room with fire place, dining area set for 6, well stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, keurig and coffee maker, King Master Bedroom with jetted tub and full bathroom. The family room is equipped with a queen sofa sleeper, 60-game arcade, foosball coffee table, air hockey and several board games for the entire group to enjoy. The high cathedral ceiling provides a unique beauty to this room. The 2nd level has another king bed room, a queen bedroom and another full bathroom. Kountry lovin' cabin has a fully covered front porch with rockers and a back porch with private hot tub, gas grill and outdoor dining overlooking a mountain view. KITCHEN AND DINING AREA: Well stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster), crock pot, rice cooker, choice of Keurig or coffee brewer, basic cookware (blender, pots, pans, cutting boards), dinnerware (cups, plates, utensils, glasses), bakeware (pans, rolling pin), grilling tools, seasoning salt, oil, salt & pepper provided. * There is a fire extinguisher in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. LAUNDRY: Stackable washer and dryer. Iron and Ironing table. AMENITIES: We provide start-up supplies including: paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo , conditioner, hand soap, dish soap and dish washer soap. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. HOT TUB: Private 4 -person Hot Tub cleaned and disinfected after every checkout. GAMES: Arcade Mini air hockey table Mini foosball table Board and card games, checkers SECURITY: Floodlight Security Camera in front of the cabin facing the driveway. NO indoor cameras PETS: Absolutely NO PETS allowed. Bringing pets will result in an additional $500 charge AND you will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds for unused stay. SMOKING: Absolutely NO Smoking on any part of property (indoors or outdoors). Violating this will result in a $500 charge and you will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds for unused stay. PARTIES: We do not allow parties or unapproved guests sleeping over. This will result in the immediate loss of use of the property. REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters BIODIVERSITY IN THE SMOKIES: The Smoky Mountains is home to over 17,000 biodiverse species with new species being discovered every year. Please remember you are in an area with black bears, raccoons, and coyotes. Please ensure the safety of our wild life, guests and neighbors by keeping trash stored inside the bear-proof containers provided. Keep trash covered at all times and never litter food outside. Please for the safety of our wildlife and yourself, never feed the animals. A fed bear is a dead bear and also poses more danger to humans. The cabin undergoes frequently scheduled comprehensive preventive measures but may still get visits from woodland critters since the cabin is located in a natural mountain habitat. Please help prevent this by closing entry doors when not in use and disposing trash appropriately as stated above.
