Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was built in 2019 is located in the Animas Valley just 12 minutes from Historic Downtown Durango and 20 minutes from Purgatory Ski Resort to the north. Our favorite part of the home is the deck upstairs with comfy outdoor furniture with awesome views of the red rocks across the valley - great for morning coffee or evening cocktails. There is also a hiking trail adjacent to the home and the large back yard is perfect for all sorts of outdoor activities. The newly renovated Durango Hot Springs is just a 1/2 mile from the home and Dalton Ranch Golf along with PJs Market and a great liquor store are just across highway 550 a mile from the house.
