The primary suite has a full bathroom, while the remaining bedrooms are designed for both rest and flexibility. Extra pillows and blankets are provided, along with bed linens, hangers, and clothing storage for your stay. Outdoor living Just steps away, an unheated saltwater pool offers a refreshing place to cool off, shared with the neighboring unit (South house) but close enough to feel like part of your own space. After a day at the beach settle onto the deck for a relaxed evening meal. A BBQ grill and outdoor dining area invite you to cook and eat under open skies, while beach access across A1A makes it easy to slip back to the sand at any moment. Beach essentials are provided for your convenience. No Hot Tub. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for everyday cooking: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils. Cooking basics are provided with pots & pans, dishes and silverware. A dining table brings everyone together to share meals before heading back out to the water or into town. Comforts & amenities Across three levels, you will find air conditioning, ceiling fans, smart TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it easy to relax indoors or catch up on work. A washer and dryer are available, along with essentials such as towels, soap, and toilet paper. A bathtub in one of the bathrooms provides the option for a long soak, while a private elevator with ADA-compliant dimensions ensures ease of access. Free driveway/garage parking is available for up to 3 cars. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage. -Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details.
