The space • Newly renovated 1900s century home by my husband and I in the heart of wine country. Great for bachelorette groups, girls weekend, couple getaways, and fishing groups! • Surrounded by hundreds of acres of protected Metro Parks and marsh land but still within minutes of many wineries and distilleries! • Heavily insulated hot tub built to withstand cold winters. Powerful jets work their magic on your neck, back, hips, and feet. Muscles you didn’t even know you had, begin to unknot and unwind letting you drift into complete relaxation • Cozy up in front of the gas fireplace and read a book or sip on some wine. Karaoke added with two mics and speaker for solo or duet singing in the evenings. • Watch you favorite cable shows or local sports on complimentary Direct TV Stream • Kitchen features updated appliances and the utensils/dishware you need to whip up a delicious meal • Outdoor patio space with a grill for al fresco dining on warm summer nights • Outdoor fire pit and boho patio furniture provide an ideal setting to stargaze and watch passing satellites • Flower fields blossom in the summer, adding to the beauty of this already picturesque property • Rest easy in our comfortable king and queen (upstairs bedroom 1), queen (upstairs bedroom 2) or queen bed (downstairs) • Designed with cozy bedding and linens to ensure you have a restful night's sleep • Downstairs has a newly renovated full bathroom with walk in tile shower • Explore the river, Laurentia, or Silvercrest with a short walk or drive just minutes to I-90 and 30+ wineries. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, so we try to provide everything you need for a perfect getaway. Come and experience it for yourself! Guest access Please do not access garage, cellar doors/basement, owner’s closet, or outbuilding Other things to note • 2nd floor- you'll find two cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom • We understand the importance of having essential supplies during your stay, which is why we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and basic coffee and creamer. If you happen to run out of these supplies, don't worry. We're just a few miles away from Walmart and Giant Eagle. Rest easy knowing that we also provide fresh linens and towels to ensure a comfortable stay. *Max of 2 dogs with a $100 pet fee each.
