Casa Istriana is a highlight in the quiet center of Bale, just a few minutes from the old town. The space The 100 m² large smart Casa Istriana has on the first floor a living room with modern, open kitchen and a bathroom with shower/WC, two bedrooms and another bathroom (shower/WC) are on the second floor. The bedrooms each have access to the upper terrace, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view over the garden with the pool and the old town of Bale. The terrace adjoining the living area is sheltered from the wind, so you can still enjoy cooler evenings outdoors. The adjacent small garden at the house belongs exclusively to the house, the pool area with the summer kitchen is still used by two other vacation apartments of the neighboring Villa Nina. The hosts live in the adjacent house and are always available to answer your questions. To the house belongs of course also a parking lot on the closed property. The old town of Bale, restaurants, bars and stores are only 5 minutes walk from the house. To the beaches of San Polo and Colone you can reach by bike or by car within a few minutes.
