There is always staff at the lobby ready to help you with any necessity. - Facilities to book activities / tours around the bay. ◉ There is a restaurant right below the hotel (it is independent from the hotel). There is breakfast, lunch and dinner. * Access to the beach is 1 floor below the Presidential Suite. Extra services (subject to availability): * Grocery shopping service [120USD plus the cost of the products]. * Weber Grill rent [60USD]. Other things to note * We do NOT have an elevator. * You can access the Presidential Suite in two ways: 1. Through the lobby (main entrance) and going down the stairs 4 floors. 2. From the street (Calle Easy) which is 1 floor below the Suite. * This entrance is only available during the day, as it is closed at night. * ** If you have mobility problems that prevent you from using stairs, I do not recommend staying at Presidential Suite. * External guests are not allowed to access the hotel or your unit. >> To guarantee entry to all guests, it is important to select the correct number of people in your reservation, this for security reasons in addition to the fact that the rate depends on the number of guests, thus avoiding extra charges.
