With 2 terraces including 1 overlooking the bay of Cerbère, and a small garden, this house on 1 floor (120 m2) includes 3 bedrooms: 2 downstairs (1 with 140 x 190 bed, and 1 with 2 bunk beds) and 1 upstairs (160 x 200 bed). The space Upstairs, the house is composed of 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 equipped kitchen with full sea view, 1 bathroom with separate toilet. On the ground floor, it has a small living room, an equipped kitchenette, as well as 1 bathroom and separate toilet. A mobile air conditioner is available on the 1st floor, for hot weather. The back of the house is embedded in the rock on the ground floor, which brings it freshness during the summer periods. You have many spaces (ground floor, first floor) allowing everyone to enjoy and all to meet in the large living room (dining room, living room) or on the terraces and garden (perfectly lit). A bench in the middle of the garden allows you to relax in the middle of the vegetation. The house is fully equipped with appliances (oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, stove (glass ceramic), Senseo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster...) as well as outdoor equipment (deckchairs, parasol, hammock, plancha...).
