The space Perfect for two families, Biraban Lakefront is a near new four bedroom, three bathroom absolute waterfront home set across two levels. Enjoy a luxury holiday with the whole family whether they come on two legs or four! - Featuring direct lake access with private jetty fitted with a ladder and mooring. Perfect for swimming and boating (BYO fenders). Note the boatshed is not included in the rental and will be locked - Sparkling in-ground pool with sun loungers and seating - Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, butlers pantry, open plan living and dining, balcony and second lounge room. - Downstairs there is a self contained suite with bedroom, ensuite and kitchenette. Plus another undercover outdoor lounge area. Entry to the apartment is via external access. - Comfortably sleeps 8 adults. This can be extended to a maximum of 11 guests with trundle beds for up to 3 children. Our insurance only covers up to 11 guests which only 8 can be adults. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house including the pool, backyard and jetty.
