The space This is our family home in a quiet holiday and year-round complex. We are happy to share it with you. Our home has beds for up to 8 guests including children. Guest access The easiest way around the area is by rental car. Remember to drive on the left. Covered parking for one car on the property is provided inside the driveway gate. You may fit two additional cars inside the gate. Taxi to and from the airport, car rental agencies are also very close. Bus service requires patience and a transfer to Line 429 Faros Road from the Larnaca bus station. Other things to note The swimming pool is closed November-April. During the season, a pool maintenance crew visits weekly. Additional housekeeping during your stay is available for an additional charge paid directly to the housekeepers. This is a family complex and noise must be limited 11pm to 7am. Occupancy is limited to 12 people, visitors or guests. Gatherings in excess of 12 people will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund. Pets are OK with prior notice and paid pet cleaning fee. Pet owners are responsible for pet waste removal. The house is monitored by motion detectors indoors and video cameras on the exterior. A code to disarm the system is provided.
