Cleaning supplies are also available. **ALL linens, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided for your stay. If you need more towels during your stay you will need to wash them. Other things to note **BE BEAR AWARE: DO NOT LEAVE FOOD IN YOUR CAR OR OUTSIDE THE CABIN. Please do not leave your ice chest on the porch. If you use the grill, please clean it. This can attract the bears if not cleaned well. Do not put trash bags on the porch. Place them in the bear proof garbage cans located on the driveway. PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE BEARS, IF THEY ARE IN THE AREA. THIS IS AGAINST TN LAWS. We provide a bear horn in case you or your family is in need of scaring a bear away from the cabin or your car. This is not a toy. It’s a tool. **PARKING IS FREE: Several cars, jeeps, golf carts or motorcycles can fit in the driveway. A small trailer can fit in the driveway as well. ***NO SMOKING or VAPING in the cabin. A $500 fee will be charged. Smoking outside is Ok! ***REFUNDS will not be given due to weather conditions. In winter months, you may have to drive in the snow or ice. You may need tire chains, 4WD or AWD in bad conditions. Please plan accordingly and watch the weather updates. ***REFUNDS will not be given in the event you encounter bugs. The cabin is treated once a month for pests. That said, we have living creatures in the Smoky Mountains: brown recluse spiders, cockroaches, mosquitos, ants, flying ants, gnats, mice and many more critters. These critters might be seen inside or outside of the cabin on some occasions. Summer months may have different bugs than winter months.
